Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies	Mensah Ingénierie has the right, with a notice of 5 working days, to cancel any training for any major raisons. For that, our responsibility restricts only to the total amount reimbursed of registration fees received from cancelled seminars. All cancellation coming from a participant or the company, who employs him, will be subject according to the following dispositions: For 15 working days and more, before the training holding; the person or the organization will be reimbursed of the amount due without any other kind of disposition. Cancellations received from 6 to 14 working days before the training holding, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of total amount received. These fees will give you nevertheless right to a non-refund credit. In this case the participant or someone else of your company may register to another seminar of equal or lesser value, in the year following the starting date of the seminar for which he benefited of this credit. Cancellations for 5 working days and less before the training holding will be subject to 100% of total fees. It will give you nevertheless right to a non-refund credit. In this case, the participant or someone else of your company may register to another seminar of equal or lesser value, in the year following the starting date of the seminar for which he benefited of this credit.
