Managing Director
Mr. Sèdji A. Mensah, P. Eng.

Professional Engineer and graduate of Laval University, Mr. Mensah worked as training instructor and consultant in hydraulic and electrohydraulic in offering services to several companies located in Canada such as Rio-Tinto Alcan, IPL Plastics, Mittal Steel, Kruger, Raufoss automobile, Hydro-Québec, Alstom, …etc. Conscious of responsibilities and ethics of his profession, proud of well-done work and engineering promotion, he has been successively Director of the promotion in engineering and Director to the deontology of "Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec", in the regional section of Quebec. In addition, he was the Vice-President, within the Board of Directors of "Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec", in Outaouais region.

Keen on industrial electrohydraulic, Mr. Mensah acts himself as training instructor and consultant for Mensah Ingénierie, while managing the head office.

Development Director
Mr. Jorge Avila, B.Sc.

Bachelor in Physical Sciences and holder of engineering diploma in automated electronics systems, Mr. Avila worked in the past, in auto industry where he contributed to the electronic chart development of the Volkswagen New-Beetle and in molded plastic industry where he has supervised the maintenance of hydraulic press for injection and extrusion. He also ensured the establishment and the supervision of pneumatic and hydraulic systems on the production lines of the factories in which he worked.

Mr. Avila brings his strong background to Mensah Ingénierie. He's a Director of Development and use his expertise to find and to offer the news innovative services of excellence closer to the needs of our customers.

Mrs. Peggy C. Mensah, MBA

Mrs. Mensah has a Master in Management and an MBA in Audit and Finance. In the past, she worked for the World Food Programme of the United Nations. Before investing herself in the setting-up of Mensah Ingénierie, she was auditor in several financial institutions and governmental and non governmental organizations. She also worked in the control of financial results of private enterprises such as the french Oil company Total.
