About Us

Mensah Ingénierie is an engineering consulting and training firm located in the Canadian federal capital Ottawa. The founder, Mr. Sèdji Armel Mensah has offered his expertise in hydraulics and electrohydraulics to several companies working in manufacturing, forestry, energy and transformation during the years preceding the establishment of the company. This company was born from the passion that its founder has for industrial electrohydraulic systems.

The management team is composed of people whose experience and skills are only matched by the positive feedback received from clients to whom they had offered services or companies for which they were employed in the past.

The values of Mensah Ingénierie are: Responsability, Professionalism and Courtesy.

1- Responsibility

Our engagement towards our customers is made in order to accept contracts only within the limit of our competences; we will abstain from being involved or following a project that is beyond our skills. All plans or diagrams conceived and updated by our company, will be certified by the seal of the responsible engineer who will have ensured the supervision of the technical design.

Towards the community, our commitment to the environment is such that we guarantee the use of recycled paper while minimizing the quantity. We will systematically reuse materials and we will distribute at our seminars biodegradable pens.

2- Professionalism

Mensah Ingénierie delivers professional solutions without partnering ties to vendors or products; our technical team will counsel based on the diagnosis made on your systems. Our company is not a distributor of any hydraulic product, we are thus not in competition to obtain titles of distributors given by the hydraulic manufacturers.

All our seminars are designed so you can better understand the topic that is presented; any reference (praise or denigration) to a manufacturer of product will not be made. However, if you desire it, we can advise you on the qualities of certain products by basing us on our experience in industry.

3- Courtesy

Our relationship with our cus- tomers is pledge of appreciation; it is therefore paramount for all our employees to listen and to offer a service that respects the choices of clients. We will ensure a follow-up after the end of each contract to make sure they are fully met.

The management of possible complaints will be made in a cordial way and we fully encourage our customers to share with us, as many times as you feel the need, your satisfaction degree. For us, the saying “the customer is King” is not only one proverb, but a reality.
